Stonehenge is not your typical fan site. We do not rant and rave about the latest RTS or 3D Shooter. We look instead at the games that gamer's spend hours upon, and that have that one more turn (or one more town, or whatever it may be...) feeling. Such games include Heroes of Might and Magic, arguably one of the most addictive turn-based games of the decade. Up and coming is HOMM3, which will hopefully live up to the fans hopes, and which I have no doubt it will. H3 is one of those rare gems in gaming, and it is for that reason and many more that Stonehenge covers it. In fact, it is this game that brought about our existance, way back in June of 1998. One of the first H3 sites, we have since expanded to include other great games, such as Might and Magic and Age of Wonders, but also sections such as Novella, a script written in the land of Enroth, and Druids, a fantasy section! With fan support, the site has evolved into something more than a simple gaming site, it has become a focus of news and information. The HoMM3 section at Stonehenge is comprehensive, and is the major focus of our site (it takes up about 50% of our webpage space!). I hope to continue this to HoMM4 and hopefully for the rest of the series length!
The Nether Gods crew, provide an informative yet fantastic view of the upcoming title, Heroes of Might and Magic 3... the team has accumulated the latest and greatest information from very good sources and has the renowned title of over five different HOMM awards to date. Along with daily updates, they exemplify interesting pages such as the Magic Grounds, Bestiary, Skills, Artifacts, and have a complete library of H3 gameplay images. Aside from that, they are the grand host of the exclusive Tavern, a mini biography of regular board members. As for the future, they plan on continuing to work hard with their success in the H3 field, providing brand new pages such as Downloads, Maps, and other such, and will continue hard work all the way through the release and beyond with the release of other hot titles, including Heroes of Might and Magic 4.
